I’m Jennifer Trujillo, I was born in California, but I grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. I am the proud daughter of Mexican parents and mother of an 8-year-old girl. I have over 7 years of experience working as an immigration paralegal and as a senior paralegal with law firms in Charlotte.
During that time, I have come to deeply love the different and complex processes of immigration. I have worked on a wide variety of cases such as family petitions, residencies, DACA, TPS, U Visa, VAWA, youth visas and more!
I come from an immigrant family that came to the U.S. in the ’80s, from a small town in Nayarit, Mexico. I understand firsthand the effects that an immigration process can have on a family. I know how stressful and difficult it can be. I understand how important it is, not only to the person receiving the benefit, but also to their entire family and loved ones.
